Red Spider Studios is a previsualization and VFX studio based in Ireland, operated by Brian Rossney. This policy explains what personal data this website collects, why, and what rights you have over it. For any privacy question, contact us through the form on our contact section.
Contact form submissions. When you use a contact form on this site we collect the name, email address and message you provide. We use this solely to reply to your enquiry. Submissions are processed and stored by Netlify (our hosting provider) and forwarded to our email inbox.
Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how many people visit the site and which pages they read. This sets cookies in your browser and collects anonymised usage data such as pages viewed, approximate location (country/city level), device type and referring site. We do not use this data to identify individuals, and we do not run advertising or remarketing pixels.
We process contact-form data on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. Analytics cookies are set only with your consent, which you give via the cookie banner and can withdraw at any time by clearing your cookies for this site.
Enquiry emails and form submissions are retained for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting work, and are deleted on request. Google Analytics data is retained according to Google's default retention period (14 months).
This site is hosted by Netlify, which processes form submissions and server logs on our behalf. Analytics are provided by Google. We do not sell or share your personal data with anyone else.
Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, to restrict or object to its processing, and to lodge a complaint with the Irish Data Protection Commission. To exercise any of these rights, get in touch through the contact form.
